At CTN1, we are fully aware of the fact that the least service cut off is damaging for your activity on the Internet.
The host of your dedicated server must be in the position to guarantee the quality of your services and in the case of any failure, to be able to intervene at very short notice in order to fix the technical problem as well as to pay for any penalties for not having met his commitments.
This SLA (agreement upon the quality of the service) is included, in a standard model, in all of the offers concerning the dedicated servers.
BANDWIDTH
CTN1 commits by contract to provide a bandwidth whose output is guaranteed 100%. You can thus use to the fullest the bandwidth mentioned in your dedicated server contract.
Moreover, CTN1 undertakes by contract as well to have a network monthly availability rate of 99.9% (i.e. less than 45 minutes of service interruption every month).
In the case of the lack of meeting any commitments to the service quality (SLA), penalties will be automatically deducted from your future bills. They are calculated according to the following schedule:

RECOVERY TIME WARRANTY
When you rent your dedicated server from CTN1, we will continue to own it rightfully.
CTN1 guarantees in case of any material breakdown of this server any service or replacing at its own expense.
In the case of a material failure (Hard disc, memories, processor, power supply etc) of your rented dedicated server, we undertake to find a solution within the 24 working hours following its occurrence.
